Terms and Conditions – Min Fletcher-Jones
Purchases made online
- Payments are made via the PayPal Buy Now service. You can use your PayPal account or any major credit/debit card via this service.
- I also accept payment by bank transfer, details of which will come up when you select that option.
- Due to an increasing level of fraudulent online transactions I reserve the right to refuse the supply of goods at my discretion.
Postage
- Postage charges are added when you checkout via PayPal. Currently postal charges for items with a value of up to £75 are £5 (Royal Mail Signed For). All items with a value of £75 or above are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £8.
- If you require an item to be sent overseas please contact me beforehand at min@minfletcherjones.co.uk.
- I currently only post out to the following countries:- Australia, Austria, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom and USA.
- Subject to stock levels, I endeavour to post any online purchases within 5 working days. Please contact me if you require a faster postal service. If I have to make an item if it's not in stock the order may take up to 3 weeks.
Refunds and Exchanges
- I will accept refunds for online purchases if returned in the original condition and packaging and within 14 days of delivery. The refund will be made, minus the postage charges, via the original form of payment. You must, however, notify me of your intent to return the items within 7 days of delivery.
- For hygiene purposes I cannot accept the return of earrings unless there is a clear fault.
- Ring and bangle sizing – it is up to you as the customer to order the correct size. I am happy to exchange the item but will charge a fee of up to £10 to cover re-sizing and postage.
- Faulty goods – Refunds can only be given if you notify me within 7 days of delivery that the goods are faulty or damaged. After that time I will not be liable for faulty goods. I will give a full refund or exchange provided that the items are returned within 14 days.
- Wilful or malicious damage immediately voids any rights you have to my return and refund policy.
- The customer is responsible for returning the goods using the correct postal method. I recommend using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service so that the item is insured.
Photographs
- I endeavour to use photographs that show a fair representation of the jewellery. All my jewellery is handmade so very slight variations must be taken into account, along with the natural imperfections on some pearls, beads and gemstones, some colours may vary slightly.
